You don’t have to practice a paleo diet to love Michelle Tam’s food because it is just flat out delicious. Her cookbook is filled with mouthwatering photos that make you want to try everything. Not to mention, She cowrote this with her husband when she was a working mom of two and her writing is funny, relatable and practical. You can test some of her recipes on her blog Nom Nom Paleo but I guarantee you this cookbook is worth the investment.
Ready Or Not is the follow up book from Michelle Tam and Henry Fong of Nom Nom Paleo and it is the perfect addition to every kitchen. This book not only provides you with amazing yummy recipes but also walks you through setting up your kitchen to help dinner feel easier and more enjoyable and not so much like a torturous chore you would rather avoid. Not to mention this book is filled with beautiful step by step photos that basically ensure you won’t screw up a single recipe.
