As moms, it’s important that we invest time in our health. Finding time to get to the gym is just not realistic for many moms but we still want to find time to fit in a workout on a regular basis…Cue the at home workout. A quick 30 minutes of weights or cardio while the kids eat lunch or watch a show should be no problem at all…Easy, right? Hahahahaha…Think again. There are tons of online tips and videos on how to get in a great workout while at home with your kids but this is what a real mom workout with kids in tow actually looks like… but such is Mom Life🤷🏽♀️!
